New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be produced before Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Courts today by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the ongoing liquor policy case.
Kejriwal was granted bail by a trial court in a related Enforcement Directorate (ED) case, but the Delhi High Court stayed the bail yesterday. The matter will be heard by vacation judge Amitabh Rawat of Rouse Avenue Courts.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court will also hear Kejriwal’s petition challenging the Delhi High Court’s June 21 order staying his bail. The Delhi High Court passed the final order staying the bail yesterday, and Kejriwal is yet to challenge this decision.
