New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice to the National Testing Agency (NTA) following pleas from students seeking a CBI investigation into alleged paper leaks and malpractices during the NEET-UG 2024 exam held on May 5. A bench comprising Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta has asked the NTA to respond within two weeks, with all petitions scheduled for a hearing on July 8.
During the proceedings, the bench expressed concern over emotional arguments regarding student suicides in Kota, emphasizing that these incidents were not directly linked to the NEET-UG 2024 results.
