Female drug peddler arrested  in Baramulla: Police

Baramulla: Police  have registered a case under the PIT and DPS Act against a notorious female drug peddler in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district. Giving details in a statement, a police spokesperson said that the Baramulla police have registered a case under the PIT and DPS Act against a notorious female drug dealer after obtaining formal permission from the competent authority. She has been identified  as Muskan Begum, wife of Irfan Ahmed Sheikh resident of Dewan Bagh Baramulla. The statement said that the said drug dealer was arrested and kept in the Central Jail, Srinagar.

In a statement issued to Asian Mail, Police Spokesperson said that several cases have been registered against the  woman drug dealer who  was involved in promoting drug business in the town of Baramulla and supplying drugs to the local youth.

He said that despite many cases being filed, she did not stop from her actions.
