Srinagar: The BJP Srinagar held a significant protest today against the District Administration Shopian. The protest was sparked by the administration’s neglect in safeguarding BJP leader and former Sarpanch Aijaz Ahmed Sheikh, who was tragically killed by terrorists a few days ago. The demonstration took place outside the BJP District Srinagar office located at Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar.

In a Statement BJP is demanding a time-bound inquiry into the District Administration Shopian’s failure to prevent this incident. The party believes that the administration’s negligence led to the untimely death of Aijaz Ahmed Sheikh, and they are calling for accountability and justice.

The protesters have issued a stern warning to the administration, stating that if immediate action is not taken, the entire Kashmir unit will mobilize and march towards Shopian to stage a massive protest against the District Administration, reads the statement.
