Head-On Collision Leaves One Dead, Three Injured in North Kashmir

Baramulla: A man died, and three others were injured in a head-on collision between two motorcycles in the Kreeri area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.

An official said that the collision occurred between two speeding motorcycles at Karewa Kreeri Baramulla, resulting in one fatality and three injuries.

The deceased has been identified as Basharat Ahmad Mir, son of Ab Majeed Mir, a resident of Mirpora Salosa.

“The injured riders, identified as Mubashir Zargar, son of Bashir Ah Zarger from Kreeri, Shoaib Ah Reshi, son of Gh Mohammad Kokothal, and Faisal Fayaz, son of Fayaz Ah Khan from Saloosa, have been shifted to the hospital for treatment,”

Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated an investigation.
