DG BSF and Western Command Head Discuss Present  Security Situations in Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu :Special DG BSF and head of its Western command, Yogesh Bahadur Khurania, on Tuesday met DGP RR Swain at Jammu.
In a statement issued to Asian Mail, the official said that the meeting was one hour and 30 minutes long, in which current security situation in different areas and pockets of Jammu and Kashmir, including infiltration-related dynamics.

He said IG BSF, Dinesh Kumar Boora, participating in the discussions, provided valuable analytical inputs and actionable points for greater coordination in meeting the new challenges.

The official further stated that the discussion covered election deployment, terrorist activities in Basant Garh area, and threats in Rajouri and Poonch.
