SSP Ganderbal held meeting with PROANG at Ganderbal

Ganderbal : SSP Ganderbal Sandeep Gupta held a meeting today with (PROANG) Police Retired Officers Association Non-Gazetted at DPL Ganderbal in which various issues pertaining to them were discussed. The participants were welcomed by SSP Ganderbal. He assured them that J&K Police is always at their disposal and asked them not to feel isolated. Further they were assured that they are still part of the Police organization and they can approach any Police officer or Police unit at any time.

 

In a statement issued to Asian Mail , the police said that the representatives of Police Retired Officers Association put forth various pending issues pertaining to them.SSP made clear in the meeting that retirees are always welcomed for their valuable suggestions and there is great respect for them in the Police organization as they have rendered a long service and toiled hard to earn a name for the organization. He stated further that various measures are taken by the J & K  Police department for the welfare of retired Police personnel and their families. Moreover, the retirees raised various issues in the meeting and they were assured that their genuine demands & problems would be taken up, reads the statement.
