Srinagar: The Enforcement Directorate has filed a prosecution complaint under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 before the special court Srinagar against 9 accused.
In post on X, ED, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that complaint was filed against Mohammad Akbar Bhat, Mrs. Fatima Shah, Altaf Ahmad Bhat, Qazi Yasir, Mohammad Abdullah Shah, Sabzar Ahmad Sheikh, Manzoor Ahmad Shah, Mohammad Iqbal Mir and Syed Khalid Geelani alias Khalid Andrabi.
It added that the court has taken cognizance of the complaint.
