Traffic movement restored partially on Jammu-Srinagar highway

Srinagar: Traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was partially restored on Saturday, officials said.

They said stranded vehicles between Nashree and Banihal are being cleared on priority basis, and advised commuters to follow lane discipline to avoid any congestion on the highway.

“Traffic update NH-44 at 1030 hrs Jammu-Srinagar NHW (NH-44) partially restored, stranded vehicles between Nashree and Banihal are being cleared. Commuters are advised to follow lane discipline, drive cautiously as apprehension of shooting stones between Ramban and Banihal,” the officials said.
