ATM Robbery Foiled in Shopian

Shopian : An attempted robbery at an ATM in south Kashmir’s Shopian was foiled, resulting in the failure of the miscreants.

The criminals had to leave empty-handed after failing to break the shutter.

Reports reaching news agency Kashmir Scroll, unidentified burglars attempted to steal cash from the Jammu and Kashmir bank branch in Pinjoora, Shopian. However, they were unsuccessful as the cash remained secure behind a broken lock and shattered glass.

The bank authorities have also assured the public that the ATM is safe and undamaged. Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of this incident.
