Traffic movement on Srinagar-Jammu highway stopped

Srinagar: Authorities on Monday halted vehicular movement on Srinagar-Jammu national highway due to road maintenance work at Dalwas.

The Traffic officials advised people to avoid undertaking the journey on the highway till the surface is made traffic worthy.

They asked people to contact Traffic Control Unit (TCU) for latest updates and plan their journey accordingly.

“Road surface at Dalwas is not traffic worthy. People are advised not to undertake journey on Jammu-Srinagar NHW till the surface is made traffic worthy. Please ask TCU Ramban for latest updates,” J&K Traffic Police said.
