Srinagar-Jammu highway to remain closed for 24 hours for road widening work

 

 

Jammu : The Srinagar-Jammu national highway will remain closed for traffic for 24 hours from today till 8 am tomorrow in view of road widening work in Ramban, officials said on Tuesday.

 

An official said that the highway shall remain closed from today 8 am till till tomorrow 8 am in view of the road widening work at Kishtwari Pathar and Dhalwas.

 

He said that no vehicular movement shall be allowed towards Kashmir during this period.

 

The official advised commuters to plan their visit towards Kashmir accordingly and abstain from taking journey on the highway during this period.
