Kupwara: A 25-year-old policeman was found dead in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, sources said.

Quoting sources, Kashmir Scroll reported that Constable Mohd Arif Shiekh, 25, son of Gh Nabi Sheikh of Nandimarg DH Pora Kulgam of IR-4th BN deployed in E-coy IR-4th camp DPL Kupwara, fell unconscious and was transferred to SDH Kupwara for treatment, where doctors declare him dead upon arrival.

Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident, and a case has been registered in this regard.
