Striking Hard at Drug Peddlers: Another Immovable Property Attached in Kulgam

Kulgam : Leaving the drug peddlers for gasping, Police attached an immovable property of another drug peddler in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday.

Police told the news agency that the property comprising an under construction house on land Shamilat (4) bearing survey number 220 has been attached under Section 68 F of NDPS Act 1985.

They said that the move was undertaken by the local police under the direction of the concerned SSP Sahil Sarangal.

The accused drug peddler whose property was attached has been identified as Aijaz Ahmad Ganie son of Late Ghulam Ahmad Ganie, a resident of Gadihama Kulgam.

It is pertinent to mention that immovable properties of two drug peddlers were already attached this month in Kulgam by police under 68F(2) of NDPS Act 1985.
