Martyr’s Day: Div Com Kashmir pays tribute to Father of Nation & martyrs

Srinagar: The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri today paid tribute to the Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi and all Martyrs of Nation who sacrificed their lives to safeguard the sovereignty and integrity of the country.

On the occasion, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir and the officers observed 2-minute silence to pay homage to martyrs.

The Martyr’s Day is observed on 30th January every year to commemorate the Martyrdom of Mahatma Gandhi.

Commissioner SMC/CEO SSCL; Additional Commissioner Kashmir, ACR Central, Deputy Director Planning, Revenue Attorney, Private Secretary and other staff members were present on the occasion.
