76th Army Day: LG Sinha Extends Best Wishes to Army Personnel

Srinagar: On the 76th Army Day, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday extended his best wishes to army personnel, veterans and their families.

LG in a post on X said, “Greetings and best wishes to all courageous army personnel, veterans and their families on Army Day. Tributes to the Bravehearts who sacrificed their lives in service of the nation.”

The country shall remain forever grateful to exemplary valour and selfless service of our soldiers, he added in the post.

Army Day is celebrated throughout the nation on 15th January each year in commemoration of the sacrifices made by the army personnel while fighting for the country’s protection from the enemies.
