SMC extends VBSY to Khankah e Moula & Maharaj Gunj areas

Srinagar: The Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) today expanded the reach of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) to Khankah e Moula and Maharaj Gunj.

This expansion was marked by the welcoming of the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Van by Mudasir Hussain Banday Chief Transport Officer SMC.

The VBSY events encompass activities at Gandhi Memorial College and Marriage Hall Rajori Kadal, representing a significant milestone in the Corporation’s efforts to engage with the general public within its jurisdiction.

Throughout the VBSY events, representatives from designated departments actively participated, utilizing the platform to elucidate the core objectives and procedural intricacies of their respective schemes.

The primary goal of this concerted effort is to bridge information gaps and ensure that citizens are well-informed about the multitude of benefits and assistance programs made available to them by the Government of India.
