Mumbai: The Rupee on Friday gained four paise at 83.24 in opening session on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit advanced due to weak Dollar against other world currencies alongwith positive equity market in early trade.
The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 83.23 and 83.27 respectively, dealer added.
