Muthoottu Mini financiers to hire over 2k employees

Hyderabad: Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd, popularly known as Yellow Muthoottu, one of the largest Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) in India, on Monday announced a nationwide recruitment drive for 2000+ positions at various levels across the country.
Speaking on the announcement, P.E. Mathai, Chief Executive Officer, Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd said, “We aim to recruit 2000 individuals over the next 1 year, primarily in the states of Gujrat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi and Haryana to deliver the best service to our customers”.
Our main focus is to expand our network and reinforce our operations across the country by keeping the customers’ best interests in mind. We have been striving hard to make a meaningful impact in order to create a diverse and inclusive work environment within the organization, he added.
Currently, the company’s workforce includes a total of 4000+ employees across its 900 branches across the country.
The company is on its path to have 1,000 branches across India by the end of FY24, a release said..
Against the backdrop of the Indian economy’s promising growth post pandemic, the company is hiring for senior-level professionals such as Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Regional Managers, as well as mid-level employees such as Branch Managers, and at entry-level such as Relationship Executives.
Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd has registered steady growth, with Q1FY24 reporting a 103% quarter-over-quarter profit increase and launching new branches to expand both laterally and vertically.
