Illegal Mining of Minerals at Chakloo and Delina B’la: Police Seizes 5 Tippers & 2 Tractors; Arrests 7 Drivers

Baramulla: Cracking a whip on illegal mining of minerals at Chakloo  and Delina Baramulla, the Baramulla Police seized five tippers & two tractors besides arresting seven drivers.

The Police initiated the action under the supervision of DySP Hqrs Baramulla assisted by SHO Baramulla & IC PP Delina.

The police seized 5 Tippers, 2 Tractors & arrested 7 drivers namely Mohd Rafiq Dar son of Bashir Ahmad Dar resident of Jalsheeri Bla, Javaid Ahmad Malik son of Nazir Ahmad Malik resident of Drangbal Baramulla, Mohd Rafiq Mir son of Ab Razaq Mir resident of Drangbal,Danish Ahmad Dar son of Gh Mohiudin Dar resident of Jalsheeri, Javaid Ahmad Lone son of Fateh Mohd Lone resident of Jalsheeri, Basit Ahmad War son of Manzoor Ahmad War resident of Delina & Mudasir Ahmad Lone son of Khursheed Ah Lone resident of Darpora Delina

The drivers alongwith their vehicles were found involved in illegal extraction/ transportation of minerals and accordingly FIR under relevant sections of law were registered in Police Station Baramulla against them and investigations taken up.
