Mehbooba visits Vailoo Tangmarg, expresses condolence to slain cop’s family

Tangmarg: PDP President and former CM J&K Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday paid a visit to the residence of Ghulam Mohammad Dar, a JKP cop who was shot dead by unidentified militants a few days ago, and offered heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

While condemning the killing, Mehbooba said “Words fall short to condemn the killings of Kashmiris. The slain cop was an honest person, who left behind 7 daughters and a wife. There is no male member in the family now, so who will feed them,” Mehbooba said.

She appealed to the Lieutenant Governor led administration to speed up the SRO 43 case of the family and provide a government job to the slain’s NoK in any civil department.
