DLSA Ganderbal observes ‘International Girl Child Day’

Ganderbal: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ganderbal today observed ‘International Girl Child Day’ with great enthusiasm and commitment.

The event was held under the chairmanship of the Principal District and Sessions Judge and under the guidance of the Sub-Judge/Secretary DLSA Ganderbal.

The program was held at the Legal Aid Clinic/ Legal Literacy Club in Government Boys’ High School Sherpathri.

Fayaz Mohammad Bhat, para-legal volunteer of DLSA Ganderbal, acting as the spokesperson, addressed the attendees and emphasized the significance of empowering and safeguarding girl children in our society.

He stressed the importance of girls’ access to quality education and the protection of their legal rights.

The program witnessed enthusiastic participation of the Principal, staff members, teachers, and students from the Government Boys High School Sherpathri.

This event served as a catalyst for inspiring positive change and reinforcing the importance of empowering and protecting girl children.
