ADDC Gbl disburses Rs.8, 97,689 among beneficiaries under various schemes of Labour Deptt.

Ganderbal: The Assistant Labour Commissioner Ganderbal, orchestrated the disbursal of financial aid to deserving beneficiaries under various schemes of the department, here today.

The event witnessed the distribution of cheques, totalling Rs 8,97,689 presented by the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Ganderbal, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani among the beneficiaries.

The schemes under which cheques were distributed among the beneficiaries include Chronic Assistance, Death Assistance, Higher Education Assistance and Temporary Medical Assistance.

On the occasion, the ADDC issued a directive for the expeditious processing of death and funeral assistance cases also so that eligible beneficiaries are benefited.

This move highlights the government’s dedication to providing timely and compassionate support to grieving families during their time of need.
