Ganderbal Police In Collaboration With J&K Aids Control Society Organised Awareness Cum Training Workshop On Hiv/Aids At Dpl Ganderbal.

Ganderbal, On the directions of SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS; Ganderbal Police in collaboration with J&K Aids Control Society organised awareness cum training workshop on HIV/Aids at DPL Ganderbal in which Officers & Jawans participated and were thoroughly appraised about the HIV/AIDS disease.

 

During the seminar, the medical experts Astt. Director Lab Services (JKACS) Dr. Imtiyaz Khan & Asst. Director Main Streaming (JKACS) Dr. Sabiha delivered lectures about the transmission of the disease & it’s preventive measures. The medical experts also get feed-back from the jawans. Many questions were put forth by the jawans about the spreading of the disease which were patiently heard off by the panel of doctors. The health experts during their talk eloborate some do’s & don’ts to prevent the spread of the disease & the jawans keenly listen to them.

 

Finally, Dy.SP DAR Shri Nazir Ahmad thanked the panel of doctors for appraising the participants about the transmission of HIV/AIDS. He also thanked all the participants for showing their presence in the awareness training workshop.
