DFO Ganderbal organizes Financial Literacy Camp at Town Hall

Ganderbal: The District Fund Office Ganderbal today organized a Financial Literacy Camp at Town Hall Ganderbal.

Financial Advisor, Dr. Showkat Ali Rather presided over the camp which was also attended by Chief Accounts Officer, Sareer Ahmad; District Treasury Officer Ganderbal, Imtiyaz Ahmad; Accounts Officer and others.

During the camp, experts from Finance Department provided threadbare

awareness to the participants regarding functioning and working of various online applications operated by J&K Finance Department which include Jan Bhagidari portal, Treasury Net, BEAMS, JKPaySys, Proof App etc.

Detailed training was imparted to the participants as how to access these platforms and take maximum benefit through these applications.

Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer also spoke on the occasion and welcomed the participants for taking part in the awareness camp.

He also highlighted the importance of online platforms offered by the Finance Department in easing out the pay and accounting work of the DDOs.

Dealing Assistants and officials from various Government offices of Ganderbal district participated in the camp.
