Mysterious blast at Drass, Kargil; 2 killed 10 injured

Police registers case, starts investigation

Kargil: A mysterious blast in Drass, Kargil, on Friday left two people dead and ten others injured, officials said Friday.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that a mysterious blast near a scrape site in Kabadi Nallah, Drass late this evening,  left two people dead and ten others injured.

The injured were shifted to SDH Drass. The official said that a mysterious blast near the scrap site in Drass left two persons dead and 10 others injured. “Police have registered a case and investigations have been started,” he said, adding that evidences have been collected and the nature of blast is being investigated.
