Grievances redressal mechanism reviewed at Ganderbal

Ganderbal:  With focus on the quality disposal of public grievances, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Mehraj-ud-Din Shah today chaired a meeting of concerned officers to take stock of redressal of public grievances, here.

On the occasion, a comprehensive discussion was held department wise regarding the status of grievances registered on JK-IGRAMS or directly from the applicants wherein the ADC directed all the departments to take the public grievances with utmost seriousness and exhibit the highest grade of accountability, and transparency while dealing the public issues.

The ADC also directed all the officers to redress all public grievances well within the stipulated time frame with quality disposal.

ADC further added that administration is working with utmost zeal and dedication towards addressing the issues of people in a convenient and hassle free manner.

The meeting was attended by Program Officer, ICDS; ACR, Executive Engineer PDD, Tehsildars, DHO and other concerned functionaries.
