Functioning of Revenue department reviewed at Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Aug 4: A meeting to take appraisal of various revenue matters was today held under the Chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, here.

The meeting discussed agenda points threadbare and it was directed that the process for digitization related work should be expedited and completed at an earliest.

The ADC directed for settlement of allotment of land related issue by different departments at an earliest.He also asked for Agriculture census to be concluded within a weeks time for its onward submission.

The meeting also reviewed progress related to implementation of SVAMITVA Scheme and it was found satisfactory. However it was thrusted that the scheme shall be carried on without disruption so as to complete it within stipulated time frame.

The ADC also directed that all illegal encroachments shall be removed expeditiously and it should be  ensured that  no future encroachment is repeated on retrieved/evicted lands.

He also  impressed upon all officers to ensure  quality disposal of online revenue  services and other office related works.

The Meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue Ganderbal, Tehsildars of Ganderbal, Kangan, Tullamulla and Wakura, ARA with Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal and all NTs.
