CRPF Trooper Injured After Hit By Train in Anantnag Succumbs

Srinagar, Jul 24: A CRPF trooper who was injured after he was hit by a moving train in Sadura area of south Kashmir Anantnag this morning has succumbed to his injuries, officals said.

They told GNS that one CRPF trooper on duty was hit by train in between Sadura-Anantnag section. He was immediately shifted to GMC Anantnag for treatment where he succumbed shortly after.

The deceased has been identified as one Ravinder Kumar of C Company 96 Battalion.Confirming it, a police official told GNS that a case has been registered in this regard. (GNS)
