Srinagar, July 20,Two persons were injured in a road accident in Sonamarg area of Central Kashmir Ganderbal district on Thursday.
An official told news agency an accident took place at Sonamarg, when a Swift Desire bearing regd. No. JK01AT/8322 collided with another Swift car bearing regd. No. MH03BC/1472 resulting injuries two persons.
They have been identified as Qudrat farooq daughter of Sheik Farooq resident of Karanagar, Aqib Naseer son of Naseer Ah Mir resident of Umerabaad Srinagar.
Both have been shifted to nearby hospital for treatment from where serial Qudrat has been referred to SKIMS Soura for further treatment, he said.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started investigation.
