Kupwara encounter:5 foreign militants killed, searches on: ADGP

Kupwara, June 16 :Additional Director General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar on Friday said that five foreign militants have been killed in a gunfight in Jumagand area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

In a tweet, while quoting ADGP Kashmir, The Kashmir Zone Police wrote, ” Kupwara Encounter Update: Five foreign militants killed in encounter. Search in the area is going on.

Earlier, a nocturnal gunfight broke out between militants and security forces in Jumagund area.
