Srinagar, June 12: The Air Vice Marshal Praveen Keshav Vohra, AVSM VM commanding Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh called on the Director General of Police, J&K, Shri Dilbag Singh at Police Headquarters here today.
The DGP and the Air Vice Marshal discussed various issues relating to the overall security scenario in the Jammu and Kashmir particularly the attempts from across the border to disturb the peace.
The officers also discussed counter measures including those for foiling attempts of infiltration, dropping arms ammunition and drugs by Pakistan through drones.
The DGP, J&K, Shri Dilbag Singh also presented a memento to the Air Vice Marshal.
ADGP (Hqrs/Coord), PHQ, Shri M K Sinha and IGP ( Hqrs/CIV), PHQ, Shri B S Tuti were present on the occasion.
