No justification for terrorism, EAM Jaishankar says at SCO meet

Goa: External  Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar on Friday said that there is no justification for terrorism and it must be stopped in all its forms, including cross-border terror. Jaishanker speaking at the Shanghai Organisation Corporation (SCO) Summit in Goa, said combating terrorism is one of the original mandates.
“The menace of terrorism continues unabated. We firmly believe that there can be no justification for terrorism & it must be stopped in all its forms & manifestations including cross-border terrorism. Combating terrorism is one of the original mandates of this Summit,” Jaishanker said.
The two-day long  Shanghai Organisation Corporation (SCO) meeting  commenced in Goa on Thursday. EAM S Jaishankar welcomed  the Foreign Ministers of Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakistan, Tajikistan,Uzbekistan, Russia and China for the meeting.
