Gulmarg Gondola was kept opened for tourists on eid day

Srinagar, Apr 22:The Gulmarg gondola was kept open on Eid day for the first time in history.  As a welcoming gesture towards the tourists who desperately want to visit there.

 

The Managing Director of JK Cable Car Corporation, Ghulam Jeelani Zargar, told news agencies  that a large number of tourists would get disappointed if they would not get tickets due to the huge rush and unexpected demand. The management team, under the guidance of the Secretary of Tourism, Abid Rasheed Shah, decided to keep the gondola service open today.

 

The management has shown that Kashmir’s reputation for hospitality is well-deserved by going above and beyond in providing services to their valuable tourists. By this decisions management had proved tourism is not restricted to religious and seasonal events. But rather a year-round affair to them and witness scenic beauty, different culture and traditions as well.
