Srinagar, Mar 25: A 23-year-old youth from North Kashmir who had allegedly consumed some poison in a bid to end his life yesterday, died in a Srinagar hospital today, official sources said.
They said that the deceased (name withheld) resides in the Safapora area falling in the jurisdiction of the Bandipora district.
The deceased was undergoing treatment at SMHS Hospital where he breathed his last on Saturday morning.
Police in this regard have registered a case under relevant sections of law.
