DGP J&K Greets people on Ramadhan

Jammu, Mar 23: The Director General of Police J&K  Dilbag Singh greeted People of Jammu and Kashmir on the commencement of the holy month of Ramadhan.
In his message, DGP said that the holy month of Ramadhan is a period dedicated to fasting, service and prayers besides teaching us the value of patience, self-restraint, promoting feelings of compassion and respect for others. He hoped that this auspicious period would be a harbinger of peace, amity, communal harmony, brotherhood and will bring progress and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.
He also prayed for the well-being of the people of the UT.
