J&K JKSSB Aspirants Raise Concerns Over Aptech Conducting Exams: NHRSJ Council Appeals to Hon’ble LG for Action

New Delhi, Mar 8: In a recent development, several delegations of Jammu and Kashmir UT’s JKSSB (Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board) aspirants have approached Director General Advocate M.I.Zargar Patnavi of the National Human Rights Social Justice Council of India Global with a serious concern regarding the contract given to Aptech for conducting exams. Aptech is allegedly blacklisted in many states for conducting such exams.

Director General Advocate M.I.Zargar Patnavi, along with PRO Khadim Muhammad Altaf and Personal Secretary Muhammad Mehnaz, made a humble appeal to Hon’ble LG Manoj Sinha to look into the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible. They also added that given the shoddy track record of the past, SSRB (Services Selection Recruitment Board) must tread with caution and listen to the grievances of the students.

The delegations expressed their concern regarding the contract given to Aptech and demanded that the company’s blacklisted status should be considered while making decisions about the future of the aspirants. They also emphasized that the students’ voices must be heard and that the authorities should not thrust a blacklisted company on their future.

This issue has raised many questions about the credibility of the examination system and the accountability of those who make decisions about it. Aspiring candidates have the right to fair and transparent examinations, and any compromise on the integrity of the process will have long-term repercussions on their careers and the reputation of the board.

Therefore, it is essential that the authorities take swift and appropriate action in this matter to ensure that the interests of the students are protected and that the examination system remains fair and impartial.
