Government Girls Hr Sec school Nishat bagged first position in R-day parade in Srinagar

Srinagar, Jan 26 : On the eve of the Republic Day celebrations, the contingent of Government Higher Secondary school Nishat participated in the Republic Day parade at Sher-e-Kashmir Stadium Sonwar Srinagar. The Students of the institution displayed exemplary performance and were declared as best parade contingent, awarded first position. In addition to this, the Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar  presented a certificate of participation to the students of Girls Higher Secondary School Nishat.

The display and performance of the blooming buds of the institution had been highly acclaimed in the Kashmir division.  Just a few days back, a student  of the institution  namely Fiza Shafi had been awarded the Raksha Mantri medal and commendation card by the Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh for outstanding performance under the Jammu and Kashmir NCC girls unit, Srinagar and the first position award to the institution on the Republic Day has added laurels to the institution. These achievements have been achieved under the dynamic leadership and guidance of the principal, Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Sheikh . All the stakeholders have highly acclaimed and extended warm congratulations to the principal and all the staff members of the institution.
