Jammu, Jan 19: A day after taking a security review in hilly Kishtwar district, General-Officer-Commanding, Nagrota based White Knight Corps, Lieutenant General Sandeep Jain on Thursday exhorted all ranks to maintain operational preparedness during his visit to Akhnoor sector here.
“Lt Gen Sandeep Jain visited Akhnoor sector to review the security situation,” Jammu based Defence spokesman said.
He exhorted all ranks to maintain operational readiness while ensuring a robust CI/CT grid in the Hinterland.
On Wednesday, the GOC visited the Indian Army units in Kishtwar and reviewed the operational preparedness and security situation in the region.
He interacted with all ranks and complimented them for high standards of professionalism and devotion to duty.
