National Conference still dominated by family rule: BJP

Srinagar, Dec 5: National Executive Member of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Bilal Parray has commented on Dr. Farooq Abdullah’s unopposed re-election as the President of the National Conference, saying that dynastic rule is still flourishing in this organization and thus People are being misled by creating different dramas.

Bilal Parray said in a statement that without Dr. Farooq Abdullah, there is no face in the National Conference, who is worthy to become the party president. Therefore, the National Conference is forced to elect Dr. Farooq Abdullah as its president. He further said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are now fully aware of the aims and objectives of the National Conference, so now it (NC) cannot mislead the people any more. The National Executive Member of BJP said that even earlier in-charges were appointed for most of the assembly constituencies on family basis, which common people are well aware of.
