Mumbai, Sep 27 : The Rupee on Tuesday improved by 27 paise at 81.35 against the USD on fresh selling of Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The Rupee was ended new record low at 81.62 on Monday.
The Indian currency which had been tumbling since last four sessions, gained on weak Dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding equity market in early trade.
The Rupee recorded intra day high and low at 81.45 and 81.30 respectively.
