Srinagar, Sep 26: Senior IAS officer H. Rajesh Prasad today assumed charge as Principal Secretary Power Development Department here at Civil Secretariat.
After assuming office, Prasad held an introductory meeting with senior officers and discussed various functions of the department.
Senior officers and officials of PDD among others welcomed Prasad on the occasion.
