Srinagar, Sep 14: An encounter has started between militants and security forces in Nowgam area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Wednesday evening.

In a tweet Kashmir Police Zone wrote, ” On a specific input generated by Police, an encounter has started in Nowgam area of Srinagar District. Srinagar Police and 50RR are on the job. Further details shall follow.
