ANTF Kashmir organized ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat’ programme at Exhibition Ground Srinagar

Srinagar, Sep 1: In view of the surge in substance abusers and to save young generation from falling prey to the drug menace, Anti Narcotics Task Force Kashmir organized “Nasha Mukt Bharat” programme at Exhibition Ground Srinagar.

On the occasion, Students, Kashmir Road Safety Foundation, Sughra Foundation, Tigers Calisthenics Academy, Mehfooz Kashmir, Bikers From Kashmir Club, Mizrab Music Academy and other volunteers also participated in the event.

All officers/officials of Anti Narcotics Task Force Kashmir along with all the participants under the Supervision and Command of SSP ANTF J&K took a pledge for “Drug Free India”.

Moreover, a rally was also organized from Exhibition Ground Srinagar to Lal Chowk Srinagar and make awareness about the ill-effects of drug abuse among the youth in particular and citizens at large. DySP Anti Narcotics Task Force gave an elaborated view about the menace of drugs, its sources, causes, consequences and role of every member of society. Participants were also requested to fight against the menace of drugs. Moreover, posters depicting the hazardous/ill effects of drug abuse were also distributed among the students and citizens.
