JKAP-14th Bn. organizes Story Telling Competition at Sainik School Manasbal

Ganderbal, Aug 18: As part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, the JKAP-14th Bn. Today organized a storytelling competition on Freedom Fighters under the “Har Ghar Tiranga” programme at Sainik School Manasbal.

A total of 100 students of the school participated in the event.

 The objective of the programme was to invoke the feelings of patriotism, national pride and belonging in the hearts of the students and to promote awareness about the Indian National Flag.

Raj Singh Gouria-SSP (Commandant JKAP-14th Bn.) and Abdul Rehman, DySP in their address highlighted the significance of the national flag as a unifying force in India.

“It is us as citizens who can bring India up to its true potential, and secure its place on the world stage” , they added.

The programme concluded with Flag distribution among students followed by Flag March.
