Budgam, 13 Aug : Full dress rehearsal for 76th Independence Day-22 Parade was held in district Budgam at Sports Stadium Budgam.
Addl. District Development Commissioner Budgam Shri Akramullah Tak-JKAS was the Chief Guest who unfurled the National flag and inspected the Parade along with Shri Gowhar Ahmad-JKPS Addl. Superintendent of Police Budgam.
Addl. DC Budgam Dr. Nasir Ahmed-JKAS, Chief Educational officer Budgam Shri Mushtaq Ahmed Qadri, General Manager DIC Budgam Shri Mohammad Ashraf-JKAS, DySP DAR DPL Budgam Shri Owaise Rasheed-JKPS, and other senior officials of civil administration/Police were also present on the occasion.
Police spokesperson as per a assertion to news agency said the Parade was commanded by Dy.SP PC,Budgam Dr. Ajaz Malik-JKPS in which contingents of CRPF 43BN , JKP , JKAP, Homeguards & School Contingents of NCC BHSS Budgam, NCC HSS Wagar, NCC HSS Wathoora ,NCC BHSS Beerwah.
