Tiranga Rally Organized At Sports Stadium Pulwama

Pulwama,Aug,10 : As a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Police and Civil Administration Pulwama today launched the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to encourage the students to hoist the National flag at their respective homes & offices to mark the 76th year of India’s Independence and promote the spirit of nationalism. DC Pulwama Shri Baseer Ul Haq Choudary along with SSP Pulwama Gh Jeelani Wani participated in the campaign organized at Sports stadium Pulwama. On this occasion SSP Pulwama distributed National Flags among the students/officers of civil administration and encouraged all participants/students to hoist the Tiranga at their homes also.

The main aim of organizing the Tiranga programme is to spread the campaign in every nook & corner of the district and to encourage the people living in the remote areas also to hoist the national flag at their homes.

Besides Civil/Police officers, Hundreds of students both Govt./private educational institutions have participated in the rally. The students also sing patriotic songs on the occasion.
