Neglect of Ex-MLA Eidgah responsible for deplorable condition of the Constituency: Mohammad Ashraf Palpori

Tours Kreshibal-Eidgah; Takes cognizance of the public grievences

Srinagar, July 27: Apni Party Youth General Secretary, In-charge Eidgah Constituency and Corporator SMC Mohammad Ashraf Palpori on Wednesday visited Kreshibal-Eidgah where he met with numerous public delegations and listened to their pressing issues.

He was accompanied by Zonal Coordinator Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Chairman Working Committee Ghulam Mohammad Wani, President Abdul Hamid Mir,
President Shabir Ahmed and
Halqa President Youth Younis Ahmed.

Interacting with the public delegations, Palpori termed miseries of the people of Eidgah as ‘the handiwork of previous governments in J&K’ who have criminally neglected the developmental needs of Eidgah Constituency.

“The abuse of public mandate by JKNC and other allied parties of PAGD have led people towards a path of regression and mediocrity in which Eidgah has suffered the worst. Our constituency trails behind in every aspect and even though being part of Srinagar city the facilities available here are at par with far flung villages. This is what NC and former MLA has done for the people of Eidgah so far,” he said.

Palpori said that while being a simple SMC corporator he has paved way for the construction of various important projects including roads, drainages, Street lights, playfields, installation of electric poles and water supply pipelines in numerous areas of Eidgah.

“Only if previous successive governments had taken pains towards public welfare works much would have been changed but it has been obvious their motive was to milk cows for their own and deceive people by giving hollow slogans. However the time has not remained the same and the people know their vicious plots. This time PAGD will get a befitting reply from the common man,” he said.

The locals hailed the public centric endeavours of Mohammad Ashraf Palpori while assuring him of absolute public support in upcoming Assembly Elections.
