Mumbai, July 26 : The Rupee on Tuesday declined by three paise to 79.76 against the USD in opening trade due rising demand for the greenback by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit was weak in early trade due to a strong Dollar against other world currencies.
The Rupee unit registered the days high and low at 79.76 and 79.81 respectively against the US Dollar, dealers added.
