Wild bear mauls 4 in Pulwama

Srinagar, June 24 :A wild bear injured four persons in Pulwama on Friday, sources said.
They said a wild bear injured two people in Tahab and two in Malpora area in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.


The injured were shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment. One of the injured was shifted to Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) hospital Srinagar for special treatment.
A team from the Wildlife Department has reached the spot with equipment to catch the bear.
